Authentic Homemade Meatballs

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • *Optional extra Parmesancheese and Parsley


  • In a large mixing bowl combined 2 pounds ground beef, Parmesan cheese, egg,bread crumbs,worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, parsley, salt, paprika, white pepper, and onion powder. Mixall the ingredients well. Press in hand a small amount of meat and begin rolling and forming 11/2 inch balls. Try your best to keep them uniformed in size.
  • Next, in a large cast iron skillet place on medium heat and add your oil. Sear meatballs on bothsides until a dark brown. Once all meatballs are browned place in your cast iron pot of sauce.Cook on medium heat for about 20 minute or until the meatball reach an internal temperatureof 160 degrees.
  • Lastly, garnish your meatballs with fresh Parmesan cheese and parsley. Enjoy with your choice ofnoodles. Nothing better than a great bowl of pasta and meatballs.
