
Not Your Mom’s Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/3 cup Ketchup
- 3 Tablespoon fresh parsley
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Tablespoon Blend seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon white pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 a cup of milk
Sauce Ingredients
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon onion powder
- *Optional fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combined 2 pounds ground beef, choppedonion, 2 egg, minced garlic, ketchup, fresh parsley, panko crumbs, blend seasoning, salt, whitepepper, paprika, and milk.
- Next, mix your ingredient well and form your meatloaf in a dish. Set aside to make the sauce. Ina small mixing bowl combined ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well,and coat the top of your meatloaf. Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Lastly, place your meatloaf in the over until your meatloaf reads internal temperature of 160degrees. Give or take this took about an hour.
