Roasted Glaze Brussel Sprouts


  • Brussel Sprouts trimmed cut in half
  • 4 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1/4 minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 6 Tablespoons The Blend
  • Seasoning 2 Tablespoons Classic
  • Glaze Sauce
  • *Optional Fresh Mozzarella/Parmesan Cheese


  • Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.
  • Add trimmed and cut Brussel Sprouts to a medium bowl. Drizzle oil, minced garlic, parsley,seasoning and classic glaze.
  • Give a good mix until Brussel Sprouts are evenly coated. Then spread into a single layer with cutend down.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes dependent on your oven. You want them a dark brown and some a littleblackened in color to add to the crispy crunch taste.
  • *Optional take the brussel sprouts out and give a drizzle of the classic glaze and add freshmozzarella cheese for enhanced taste. Let sit as cheese melt
