
Sopa Soup
Equipment
- 1 2.5 quart non stick pot The Pioneer Woman Collection is what I used
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 7 oz package Pagasa Shells
- 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
- 6 Teaspoons Tomato Bouillon
- 6 cups Water
- 1 cup Diced mixed vegetables I used celery, carrot, onion
Instructions
- 1. In pot on medium heat add butter, let butter melt and add in your noodles. Noodle will reach a good brownish color.
- 2. Add minced garlic to noodles and give a good mix. The add fresh cilantro.
- 3. Add your water and tomato bouillon. Once you've reached a boil add in your fresh vegetables. Allow to cook for about 5 minutes, then serve as main dish, or side dish.
