Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts
Do you like your Brussel sprouts soggy or crispy? If you like them crispy then this is your recipe. Brussel sprouts paired with Balsamic vinegar, parmesan cheese, and the blend seasoning are the perfect side dish!
Ingredients
- 1 pound of Brussel sprouts core taken off and cut in half
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1/8 cup Kinder’s blend seasoning or (salt, pepper, galic)
- Drizzle Balsamic vinegar
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl add in your diced Brussel sprouts, oil, vinegar, seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
- Give the sprouts a good mix
- In your Air Fryer place sprouts diced side up at 350 for 15 minutes
- Enjoy the Brussel Sprouts as a main dish or side dish with your favorite sauce!
