Air Fryer Chicken Kabobs
Air Fryer chicken kabobs are a fantastic, quick dinner packed with flavor! These flavorful skewers are made with tender chicken cubes seasoned to perfection and I, of course pair it with a delicious rice!
Ingredients
- 1 pack of organic chicken breast Skewer sticks (if they’re to long just give a trim to fit your air fryer)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- We will begin by dicing our chicken breast into cubes. Once diced rinse chicken and then add in your oil, vinegar, garlic and Worcestershire and give a good mix.
- Next, add in your seasonings. Salt, pepper, onion powder, thyme, and oregano. Give a good mix.
- On your skewer sticks place about 6-7 cubes of chicken and continue until chicken is gone.
- In your air fryer spray bottom and place 5 sticks at 370 degrees for 7 minutes. Open and flip the skewers to other side and repeat for 8 minutes. Please make sure your chicken has reached internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Serve skewers over rice and with a delicious side. I love to pair mine with rice. Enjoy!
